Taiwan, Protest Rally Against the Pension Reform on 3 September 2016

Tens of thousands people took the streets of Taipei City, Taiwan, on September 3, 2016 in protest against pension-reform procedures from President Tsai Ing-wen’s new government. Starting from Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall in Taipei and the protesters marched up to Ketagalan Boulevard near the Presidential Office. The protest added to growing woes for President Tsai Ing-wen who faces a decline in approval ratings after three months in office
